You may purchase the CDs as-is for self study. For faculty support, graded assignments, and a certificate, additional fees and tuition are required.  To enroll in the course, first purchase the CD-set, and then mail in the enclosed enrollment form.

A 20 CD-Set on Insulin Resistance, recorded in the Advanced Herbalism and Clinical Nutrition programs at the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. The set includes 19 audio CDs and one data CD with notes, readings, and supplemental materials.These are recordings of a 30-hour seminar by Paul Bergner, who lectures on this topic internationally.
