These are recordings of a 24-hours seminar from the Advanced Herbalism program at the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. The lectures first cover herbal actions as the foundation of formulation, and then describe in detail the building blocks of a formula -- first simple modification of one or more herbs by combination in pairs or triplets, and then adding other pairs or herbal modifiers to individualize the formula for a patient. Includes a resources data disk with supplemental readings and texts, and a 30-page database of pairs and triplets used over a 150 year period in the Physiomedicalist tradition in North America and Great Britain.
The audio CDs are in .wav format, and the data files are in Adobe Acrobat format. The Audio CDs have been edited, mastered, and tracked for easy study.
