The pathophysiology of food allergies and intolerance is reviewed with a review of the gut-associated lymphatic system, the process of molecular mimicry, and systemic inflammation. We offer methods of identifying food intolerance, clinical presentation, and overall therapeutics with materia medica and formulation for recovery from the inflammatory injury.
